Through great success stories from people who find their motivation and use it to succeed.
Be motivated, have the enjoyment to work with passion, with a defined goal that gives you the energy and ability to do things others can but they don’t do. If you are motivated, not only do you work more hours, but you also get productive and focused on the hours you work. Without internal motivation every day, working and dragging through daily tasks, will this lead you to the path to end your goals?
Do you accept a normal life, or are you motivated to do something by learning, practicing, and creating your own?
Today, we’re going to learn 15 ways to find motivation, which Tony Robbins, Mother Teresa, and Elon Musk of the world have.
15 ways to motivate yourself.
1. Write your biggest dream on a big board.
Your dreams and bold goals should be written in that you can often see them. I have a whiteboard right next to my desk. Across the board are big goals, goals for the week and morale-boosting quotes. It helps me work toward my goals, stay focused, and prevent distractions.
2. Focus only on today
You may be afraid to think about the future or regret the past. It’s bad when other people are working and you’re worried and thinking about a different place in life.
Anxiety is not good. If you really want to be successful, you need to learn how to focus your mind on the present. Do what you can do now, continue the project you’re working on, complete your goals and tasks every day, and you’ll do bigger things, long-term goals, and dreams.
3. There should only be 3 things to get done on your to-do list
Don’t try and fill your day with too many things. Sure, you have a lot to accomplish, but there should only be 3 and only 3 most important tasks to complete. Focus on them first. When they are completed, and only when they are completed, are they allowed to move on to something else.
A lot of people embrace too many things. As a result, they are drowned in it and lose all motivation, and nothing gets done.
If you stay focused, you’ll stay motivated, if you do a lot of things, you’ll get to your destination faster.
4. Practice discipline
Discipline is essential. When everything is in order, it’s time to win freedom. We gain the freedom to accomplish more, to improve, and to remove regrets from our lives.
When you’re just focused on today, do only the things that have to get done today. But discipline needs to be practiced every day.
When the reporter asked MVP about Steve Nash’s views on how often he practices development, he said ” Every day. I never stop practicing, because I know if I skip 1 time, I’ll give myself an excuse to miss another time.
If you continue to practice laziness and distraction, you will get no other results except failure and remorse. Practice success by doing what successful people do every day: They uphold principles.
Remember, do it once a day. Don’t be drowned in eternity when the present just needs your attention.
5. Create an inspiring environment
Your environment must motivate you. Surround yourself should be images that motivate you, but also need to be clean and tidy. The truth is that clutter will affect your thinking, it can also stall your ability to work if you are in a messy place.
Decorate your work environment to your liking. Spend a little money on a nice desk if you like, but make sure the workplace inspires and motivates you. This is where the magic happens. This is where you should spend the most time. So make sure it has a positive effect on you.
6. Have a list of citations near desks and sleeping quarters
It’s not the critic who counts… glory does not depend on the number of times you are wrong….The famous quotes of Theodore Roosevelt are always close. Write it in your notebook, or stick it in the mirror in the bathroom, or in the sleeping place. I always have motivational quotes that help me stay focused, optimistic, and realize that success doesn’t come right away. Success takes hard work, dedication, and a lot of sacrifice.
If “doing it” is easy, everyone will. That’s why I respect all startups, which takes courage and recklessness in the marketplace.
7. Exercise every day
Part of staying motivated is avoiding negative thoughts. Have a balanced figure not only from the desired image and energy.
For men, bodybuilding weight helps you increase your levels of testosterone naturally. So go to the gym at least 4 times a week and go out and participate in activities.
8. Set small goals and measure them
You’ll have big dreams — and make sure they’re as clear as possible — but they need to be broken down into smaller goals. Make those goals measurable and achievable in the future.
Everything is measurable so that you know how relevant the position you are to where you want to go. (EVERYTHING)
9. Work for 90-120 minutes, alternating with other activities
Your work is intense, planned, and focused. Many studies indicate that you can work for about 90 minutes, but tend to lose focus after 90 minutes.
One of the best ways to regain focus is to engage in certain activities. The endorphins released by brisk walking or brisk running will help you regain not only energy but also concentration.
10. Do not work on a small project
Don’t set small goals that don’t interest you. You need to enjoy the things you need to get done. If it doesn’t interest you, how can you stay motivated?
11. Clean up once a week
Clean your home and workplace once a week. Remove the messy, dirty stuff out of your life if you want to stay motivated.
12. Have a small monthly vacation
While the hustle and bustle of creating something. For example, the life of a startup – it can be difficult and necessary, it needs “small concussions”. Of course, for myself, the best way is to give myself concussions, I need to focus, be pushed every day and get big things done.
You don’t need to spend too much money, but you should take a break once a month. Go somewhere, but do whatever gets out of your schedule. That not only helps you re-energize, but it also helps you increase your creativity.
Bring a notebook and a book on your trip.
13. Read a lot
Good people often read. The books are their soulmates. Check out “The Gates Notes” which is Bill Gates’ personal website, filled with notes he reads.
In all my studies of good people, they can be politicians, start-ups, or fascists, knowledge is something they have always craved. If you want to be better in the future, read now.
14.Keep a daily journal
Take a week to record when your energy and motivation are at their highest. They can be templates. Turn those templates to your advantage.
Do the most important task while your energy is at a high level.
A diary will make things clear. It’s easy to find motivation when your mind is clear and your path to your goals is good.
15. Win the mental battle
Napoleon Hill’s book Think and Grow Rich recently mentions the war in our heads. Rich people think that way, not necessarily too greedy in all battles but need to be sure to win their own mental battle.
The thoughts in your head should only help you on your journey, we should minimize that. Now, you might be thinking, “How can I control all the thoughts that come from my head?” You can’t control what comes next, but you have the power to focus on what’s important.
Fill your thoughts with creativity, positivity and ambition. Don’t leave energy to fears and worries. They don’t do anything but they push you away from your goals.
Bonus: Limit negative
factors I have an application on my computer called “Freedom”. It shut down the network and all those social networks during my decision-making. I turn it on all the time I work and write to make sure I don’t get distracted.
