1. Do not put yourself under too much pressure
Setting goals is inevitable to achieve success, but we often have a habit of putting pressure on ourselves. Striving for perfection is not anything wrong, but every human being has limits on endurance. If you put yourself under too much pressure, sometimes the results put you under negative pressure.
At some point, you need to consider the limits of your definition of success and be satisfied with what you have so you can stop feeling pressured about it. This helps you forget things that do not belong to you, is an effective way to regain your spirit.
Think of the things that make you happier in life when you’re depressed, focusing on what you have. Everyone has their own strengths and so do you, stop comparing yourself to those around you because you are unique. Instead, look ahead, try to improve yourself without putting too much pressure on yourself.
Happiness is a choice, incubation, depression or choosing to be happy for yourself is in your hands. Pressure will create “diamonds” but not all diamonds will suit you and every pressure you can bear. Try to be as hard as you can bear to be effective at work as well as in your life!
2. Apply mental relaxation techniques
According to the work cycle, we often push ourselves into a state of fatigue that causes feelings of resentment towards ourselves, which adversely affects our lives in many ways. What we need to do is don’t try to force ourselves to work and stop if we feel overwhelmed so that our souls can relax. A good spirit will very positively affect the health and quality of your work.
You should give yourself a reasonable break, forcing yourself to take a break to relax. Sitting in one place for a long time makes your body sluggish, less focused. The habit of going out during your lunch break or simply walking around the house before bed also helps you release energy.
At that time, you need to put aside all work at the company and take time for yourself to relax. It will be extremely comfortable and you can feel your body full of energy again to handle work more effectively.
In addition, breathing properly is also a way to regain good spirits to help you relax your mind and be good for your body. Take the time to learn to take deep breaths in the morning, at lunch break, before work, and before bed. Breathing slowly and then exhaling slowly will help you put all your worries aside and can be really good for you.
3. Share with people you trust
If work is too stressful and makes you feel tired, why not try sharing it with someone. This person can be anyone as long as they make you better and feel safe sharing everything that you are feeling depressed about, the difficulties you are facing,….. without worrying that they will judge or laugh at you.
These friends you should cherish because in awkward situations, when you have not made a choice or even in times when you are most desperate,…. then their advice and encouragement will also be very valuable to help you overcome difficult periods in life.
4. Think about the motivation that got you started
In life, each of us will encounter countless different difficulties and sometimes they come at the same time, making us helpless, tired and wanting to let go. At that time, the best way to regain your spirits is to give yourself a proper break then think about what you are doing and wonder about why you started this job.
It is these moments that will help you lift your spirits, remind you to keep trying, towards the goals, the results that are waiting for you in the future.
5. Face negativity
If you still don’t feel better after you know the reason for the start, try taking the time to think honestly and find the source of the negative problems you’re facing, the reason you’re “slipping your mood.”
The causes are sometimes unclear, but often a person loses motivation to work for reasons such as: Dull work, lack of competitiveness at work, overloaded work, conflicts with colleagues or superiors,….. or health problems.
And it can also be fears from fear of laughter from friends, fear of losing a job, unemployment, fear of not succeeding,…. It will be easier for you to overcome this situation after facing negativity and identifying where the problem lies.
Everyone has their own fears so you should think more positively. That will help you quickly find a way to regain your spirit to continue working and being happy in life. Be grateful for what you have, such as your current position in the company, jobs you’ve done well, or your family – a solid spiritual support,…
6. Understand and accept your limits
Don’t try too hard to chase big things, great things, chase the ambitions that can take place in reality, dreams that you can reach. Con people need time for themselves to rest while working. If you keep chasing something far-fetched and unrealistic, it is easy to lose enthusiasm and low work efficiency.
You need to control your emotions, know how to accept your limits in a way that suits you. Don’t wait until you get bored and find a way to regain your spirits because then you won’t have the energy to continue.
7. Praise yourself for what you’ve done
Self-reflection is often not the way we do with ourselves. Instead, we often have the habit of seeking recognition from those around us, such as from parents or friends, to assert ourselves.
To be a really strong person, don’t just do it out of external recognition, but do it for yourself and certainly not to the point of arrogance.
You may be disappointed but don’t take too long. Acknowledge what you do well in this failure, consider the causes of failure to better understand yourself. Don’t keep thinking about it because you haven’t done well, you deserve to reward yourself with a meal or a gift to celebrate the small victory of your “big dream”.
8. Understand that no one is perfect
It is a fact that nothing is perfect in this world, no one is perfect and no one succeeds in the first place. You shouldn’t force yourself unduly to expect perfection.
Maybe the stumbles make you unhappy, make you tired, but it helps us grow. So you need to recognize and appreciate the journey you have gone through.
Learning to accept failures, shortcomings is a quick way to regain morale. Everyone has short interests, do not affect your spirit when trying to do the impossible, outside of your ability.
9. Solve one task at a time
To be able to achieve ambitious dreams and big goals without exhaustion and loss of motivation, how to do it?
Don’t let your goals get far-fetched. Instead of thinking it’s hard for you to accomplish, the trick lies in breaking down those big goals into several small ones. It’s easier if you patiently take small steps than if you jump a long step to the finish line.
Make a list of things to do, small steps of the goal, and divide your time properly so you can handle it effectively without feeling rushed to keep up with the pace. This is within your power so you can fully enjoy the pleasure after completing each step, each small goal.
